The Wanda Group continues their global expansion of it’s Wanda Hotel brand with the Wanda Vista Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. The project will be the first Wanda Hotel in the United States and the second hotel project for The Wanda Group outside of China. The project is estimated to open in the fourth quarter of 2020 and will be a 5+ star property with approximately 160 guestrooms, 2 restaurants and 12,000 sf of meeting space. Designed to entice the guest with the expansive scale of seamless undulating geometry throughout and transparent qualities reflective in the luxurious materiality. Guests will experience a serene effect as they meander throughout the minimalist envelope.
